At Staerk London, we didn’t just set out to create another beardcare brand. We built this company because we care about men’s wellness, inside and out. Looking after your beard is one thing — but looking after your mind is just as important. That’s why we support MANUP?, a UK charity pushing back against the old idea that men should stay silent and “man up.”

Anyone with a beard knows that good grooming takes attention, patience, and honesty with yourself. The same applies to mental health. Yet for years, men have been told to toughen up, push feelings down, and deal with things alone. It’s damaging, it’s outdated, and it’s costing lives. MANUP? is working to change that, and we’re proud to stand with them.
